KDR Music is an importer and wholesale distributor of bowed instruments, strings and accessories selling to retail dealers. Located on the north shore of Long Island, NY in the idyllic village of Northport, we have over 20 years of consulting experience in the music industry, working with the most prominent companies. Our success in passionately and honorably serving the music industry and representing the finest products available has been well recognized through the years. These realizations enabled a new company to be established using the same proven philosophies and cultured values we learned along our journey.
In addition to being an independently owned and operated importer/distributor KDR functions as an independent Rep-Firm. Working in concert with other distributors allows your business access to more products than we represent on our own and than what we describe on this site. Currently we’re affiliated with Otto Musica and Germantown Violins while also in negotiations with others. We’re evolving constantly and as necessary based on the needs of our customers so if you don’t see it please ask as we’re happy to provide consultation or locate a brand to suit your needs.
